Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are determined by our store at our sole discretion.
Customers generally may not select the shipping carrier or method.

Requests for specific delivery dates or time windows are generally not accepted.


Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within approximately 1–2 weeks after shipment.
However, delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping conditions, and other factors, and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, large-scale events, customs processing, or carrier-related issues.

In some cases, processing and shipment may take up to approximately 1 week before dispatch.


Damage During Shipping

We take reasonable care in packaging to help prevent damage during shipment.

However, once the package has been transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer, and issues such as shipping delays or damage may occur.

Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging (e.g., dents or scratches) that does not affect the functionality of the product may not be eligible for claims or compensation.
