Q. Where is HEX™ produced?
A. Components are manufactured domestically and internationally, and the product is assembled in Japan.

Q. Why is the skateboard made of plastic?
A. The deck is made from engineered plastic (polypropylene), selected for its lightweight properties, durability, and resistance to moisture. Performance may vary depending on usage conditions.

Q. Are there different designs or colors available?
A. Currently, the product is available in one design and one color (black). Future variations may be introduced based on demand.

Q. Are there any weight restrictions?
A. The product has been tested with users up to approximately 100 kg (220 lbs); however, performance and safety cannot be guaranteed under all conditions.

Q. Are there any age restrictions?
A. This product is designed and tested for users aged 11 and older. Users should exercise appropriate judgment based on their ability and condition.

Q. Does the board have brakes?
A. No braking system is included. Riders must use standard skateboarding techniques, such as foot braking, to stop.

Q. Can I return or exchange the product?
A. Returns or exchanges may be accepted for defective items or incorrect shipments, subject to review and approval. Please refer to our return policy for full details.

Q. Can I ride it on public roads?
A. Use of this product must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. Use may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas.
