Q. Where is HEX™ produced?
A. Parts are manufactured domestically and overseas and assembled in Japan.

Q. Why are the new skateboards made of plastic?
A.Plastic is lightweight, durable, drains water well, and is less susceptible to deterioration in strength.

Q. Are there different designs and colors of skateboards available?
A. Currently, there is only one design and black color. We will consider new developments while checking your requests.

Q.Are there any weight restrictions?
A.It has been proven that people weighing 100kg can ride it without any problems.

Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A. It is designed and tested for ages 11 and over. There are no legal restrictions.

Q.Does the board have brakes?
A. There are no brakes. To stop the skateboard, you must use a method such as rubbing your feet against the ground.

Q. Can I return or exchange a skateboard?
A. We accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective or if you received the wrong item. Please see our return policy for more information.

Q. Can I ride it on the road?
A. Japan's Road Traffic Act prohibits "playing ball games, roller skating, or similar activities on busy roads." We ask all HEX users to pay attention to traffic conditions, follow the rules and observe etiquette, and enjoy cruising.
