Canceling or Changing an Order
As a general rule, cancellations or changes to orders are not accepted once an order has been placed.
If You Receive an Incorrect or Defective Product
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product quality; however, if you experience any issues, please contact monoto design support.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us by email and include a photo of the issue.
For products that are confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, monoto design may, at its sole discretion, cover reasonable shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Defective Products
Please inspect the product promptly upon delivery.
Products that meet the criteria below may be eligible for repair or replacement, subject to review and approval.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Eligible cases may include, but are not limited to:
- The product received is clearly different from the item ordered
- Products that are damaged, broken, or visibly defective upon arrival
- Products that do not function as intended (e.g., wheels do not rotate properly)
